Sam Pinto leads first update ranking of FHM's Sexiest Women in the World of 2014

The Online Voting for FHM's Sexiest 100 Women in the World is back!

Kapuso actress Sam Pinto lead the first update of the FHM partial online voting results as of April 11. 

While last years no. 1 Marian Rivera is currently on the second place and TV5 veteran actress Alice Dixson surprisingly at the third spot. Angel Locsin and Solenn Heussaff placed fourth and fifth respectively.
