Raymart Santiago submitted documents to the Marikina Regional Trial Court proving that the "Mula Sa Puso" actress has been using drugs and that causes their marriage to fail.
Santiago and Barretto were married in March 27, 2006. They have two children: Sabina, 9; and their 6-year old biological son, Santino.
Photos shows Claudine's alleged forced rehab which are presented as evidence as well as Raymart’s bruises as a result of his wife's attacks and a picture of Claudine hurting their housemaid. Raymart also revealed the she also used drugs in front of their children!
Affidavits from Claudine's siblings Marjorie, Gretchen and Jay-J were also submitted. They said they believe their youngest sister is mentally ill and needs professional help.
Raymart doesn't want to do these things. "Sa totoo lang, malungkot ako dahil kailangan pang lumabas ang lahat ng ito. Kagaya ng sinabi ko, hindi ko ginustong ilabas ito. Pero ganun sila, e, marami silang nilalabas.
In 2011, Claudine Barretto was seen on a TV news in tears in a bank after being told that the money she was about to withdraw had been withdrawn earlier by another party presumably her husband with whom she shared the account.
