Noontime show host Willie Revillame wants to reconciliate with ABS-CBN, his former network after the opening of his real estate project Wil Tower located beside the ABS-CBN compound in Quezon City.
Revillame, has been with ABS-CBN for many years, hosting shows: Magandang Tanghali Bayan (1998-2003), Masayang Tanghali Bayan (2003-2004) both with Randy Santiago and John Estrada his long time pal, Pinoy Big Brother (2005) and Wowowee (2005-2010) before moving to network TV5 to host "Willing Willie" in 2010 which became "Wowowillie" this year.
On Sunday night, opening of Wil Tower Residences and Mall, Willie acknowledged in an interview with the Philippine Daily Inquirer that the project came from his earnings when he was still with the Kapamilya network. He also thanked ABS-CBN as he plans of building a "hanging bridge" which will connect ABS-CBN to the mall.
"Wowowillie" is set to air its final episode this October 12.
